Just a few issues
I downloaded this app because of all the good reviews I saw and I'm a bit disappointed. I tried to do it with my own recording and every single time I saved it to my desktop it brought me to groove tunes and wouldn't save on iTunes. It would mean a lot if you could give me a bit of advice on what to do x
You should check if your songs are protected by drm, then there is no possibility of editing them or if they are in iCloud, then you have to download them.
I'm sure I've been charged early
Hi there. I download the app a couple of day's ago with the intention of cancelling before the paid subscription kicked in. I'm sure that it has been less than 3 days but I got charged anyway. Please can you look into this and refund me, I really can't afford the cost. Many thanks, Richard

We cannot charge anyone's card and cannot refund anything, please contact Apple immediately, that's the best solution. In fact, Apple even doesn't give us any client details - all for security reasons.
